The family-owned business was founded in 1999. First providing commercial work, it later expanded to include residential heating and air and electrical services. It has grown by an average of 35% during the past three years. Aside from installing refrigeration equipment at 20 Trader Joe’s and over 100 Bojangles locations, QRC provides home HVAC services throughout the Winston-Salem area.

QRC Continues to Expand Its Reach Across the Region

Sean Eller, CEO; and Michelle Eller, co-owner of QRC, first traveled around the state in a borrowed truck, installing equipment for Master-Bilt, a walk-in cooler and freezer manufacturer. They would also provide repairs for these systems. The growing business eventually added HVAC installation and commercial refrigeration to its services. 

As the Ellers built relationships with clients, their business grew. This growth continued year after year until they started providing HVAC services. The residential HVAC division of QRC was launched in January 2023 and currently serves homeowners in the Winston-Salem area.
