Tech was great to work with and quick to repair issue
The tech at my home today from QRC was outstanding! Did the most thorough job I have seen in many years. He was polite,... professional and went through all the paperwork at the end of the service. Had pics of my system and what was completed during my ac system service. During the final review of his service, he offered several add on items and was not a pushy salesman. He explained each add on system and pros and cons, what he has seen in the field that work the best in his opinion. He allowed me time to review each add on item and answered my specific questions. I liked the honesty, and he has me sold on one item that I believe will add value to my ac system. This is the type of tech you want out in the field representing your company. Professional, honest and straight forward. QRC earned my business going forward just by the level of professionalism this technician showed. I hope I get this tech every service! His knowledge, honesty and work ethic was second to none. As I stated above, I liked his approach at selling the add on items at the end. Most times, they pressure or use scare tactics to tell you why you need the add on items to your ac system. this tech took his time, no pressure and helped advise what he thought we needed for my ac system and what would benefit my family the most. He allowed us to make a decision without the pushy sales. That is what made the sell to us. His great attitude and ability to answer the questions I had about each add on system. He did not have to look at a pamphlet or paperwork as a reference. He truly knew each add on system without having to reference the manufacture material or do a sales pitch, he simply said, these are items we recommend for your current system that may add significant value in the future to your heating and ac system. Not that you need each item, just simple and straight forward with knowledge on each add on item. You can tell a tech that knows his job and one that doesn’t. This tech was top shelf. I truly valued his opinion in the end and his candor with no BS. He allowed us to make a choice without the sales pressure. Just straight facts and honesty made the sale. Great experience with QRC and especially this tech!read more

Cordell was awesome. He and the other tech. immediately got to work on the install and never stopped all day. He... answered all our questions and the unit is working great. They also did a great job cleaning up.5 stars !!!!We are absolutely pleased with Chase and his breakdown of all our options for a new air conditioner. He was pleasant, polite and very respectful. We were also pleased with all the technicians that have been out to service the unit. We look forward to working with QRC in the future. I would highly recommend this company.read more

Jonathan was extremely professional. It was 6 in the evening and he still did a thorough check and clean of our system.... I would say he was probably one of the most professional and knowledgeable service techs I have dealt with in a while. I signed back up for a yearly service plan because he did not slack on any of the cleaning eventhough it was late in the evening. I hope they have him train all the new techs. It hard to find informed service these days. Thanks again!read more
