Tim was amazing. He answered all of my questions. Very knowledgeable, honest and supportive. He weathered my icy... neighborhood road and driveway to get to my door on Friday! QRC will put in a unit for me when the time comes when my unit completely dies. I’m also impressed with how the company is run and how they take care of customers after installation. Jasmine was also very helpful and accommodating when I called for someone to come out. QRC will get my business and I will share about them as well.read more
Bryan was professional and did a thorough check of the system. Had one issue where heat set to 80 triggered the smoke... detector. Bryan determined most likely dust build up in the inside unit and dirty contacts.read more

Jamey was a very good customer service professional.He explained his business well and checked out what would be needed... to get me some air back in my home...He worked with me on getting me a payment I could handle...I have one more interview before I make my decision....I decided to go with QRC...Two guys came first thing this morning..They worked like no one I've seen in years.I was very impressed...then two other guys came, Brandon and Dakota to check things out and put freon in and finish electric work..Jamey came by also today to check on things. Tony was early, did a thorough inspection, found a faulty part and fixed it. New filters provided, we feel confident... that as long as we keep power, we’ll be warm! You have never let us down, this is the fifth visit as we’re comfort club members and they come by every 6 months. Highly recommend them for HVAC maintenance and service.read more
