Joel came to see what i would need to replace my unit which is 20 yrs old. He told me what my options were as far as... repairs or replacement which was very helpful. This is a family owned business and local . I think that is a plus . He was very knowledgeable about everything and good customer friendly. It was late on Friday so will get my price on Monday.My unit is now replaced. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I talk to other companies that has been in business a long time and their prices were much higher, then started coming down. That set the tone right there. QRC give me best price first time. Everyone I talk to there was very helpful and wonderful customers service. You can tell this is family owned . They cleaned up when finished no mess. If i had to have this type of service again they would be my choice. Big company names are not always your best choice. They are 10 star with me. If you need this service I suggest you give them a call.read more
QRC succeeded where others have not. They didn’t have to go to bat for us with the minisplit manufacturer, but they... did. He also made sure to tailor our quote to what we needed and wanted. They were able to install an HVAC unit, basically from scratch. Works amazing! And now I have crisp air in my house, which is awesome! As someone who values great customer service and quality work over the lowest price, I highly recommend them.
