This company was so positive when I called them. They asked me how they could make my day better. Zach came out to... assess the situation and it felt like a family member was coming to help me. He did a thorough check of the system, made a diagnosis and was able to fix our unit the next day. They had to order a part or he would have been able to fix it that day. This a family run business that takes exceptional pride in their work. Sean, Trey and Brian came out and gave me 2... options, better and best options on a full HVAC replacement for our house. We received 4 quotes from other companies and chose QRC because they had a great price, great warranty and just practical, down to earth people. They disnt try to upsell things we disnt need. QRC was excellent all around. They were able to come within an hour of me calling about my AC not working when all the... other places said at least a day or 2 wait. On a 90 degree day, that was very important. Jeff and Steve (the service techs) were both friendly, knowledgeable and fixed the issue and had the AC running within an hour. The price was very reasonable, and there was no attempt to sell me any unnecessary extras. I would HIGHLY recommend using their service.read more

My heat pump went out and my backup heat (gas) almost empty and the gas company with no idea when they could fill my... tank, not to mention the coldest weather of the year. So I called QRC and within a couple of hours they were here with a smile on his face and immediately got to troubleshooting, found the problem and stayed until it was fixed!
