I am a single senior citizen and was in need of a HVAC company to install a unit in my home to heat and cool. I... searched the internet and came across an ad for QRC. I called and booked an appointment. Chase came out and met with me that same day. He was polite ..friendly and knowledgeable about his product.He was efficient in his presentation.l felt good about what he had to offer.He presented his plan for my house installation and he ran the numbers and we came to an amicable agreement. He filed the credit app and l was approved!!! Just Like That!! I was impressed by this young man. I gained another friend today. Truly he is an upright young man. This company cares for people. My technician Dakota is off the charts when it... comes to customer service and has very high standards when it comes to doing good work. He gave me step by step information on the work he was doing, even showing the readings on the monitor explaining it and what may be the cause. My wife and I both work in Emergency Services & Problem solving is what we do. Until it comes to heating & Air Conditioning. He came when he said he would, was extremely personable & explained everything from start to finish, followed up without us calling, the list goes on & on. My experience was good. My technician was really nice
After several attempts at trying to "band-aid" an aging HVAC system, I looked for a local company (using GOOGLE and... Angie) to assess my home system. After contacting QRC and setting up an appointment, Comfort Advisor, Chase Eller evaluated our HVAC and presented several options for replacing our system. Chase was very personable, courteous and patient answering all our questions. After selecting a Carrier option, the crew of Hector Hall, Bryon Goodin, and Jackson Dresbach came to install. These technicians were very knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions during the install. They ensured that everything was running to our satisfaction. I highly recommend this locally owned family business for any HVAC work. I was limited to only 5 stars, but I would pick 10 stars if available. In addition, Jonathan Jackson came later to check the system when I felt that it was not working properly. He was very knowledgeable and personable and had the system working in no time. I am extremely happy with this warranty service.read more

As someone with high social anxiety, this was one of the most pleasant service calls I've ever had to make/experience.... Dakota came out as soon as possible and not only did everything he could to fix my issue quickly and efficiently, but also made sure to explain the process and maintenance to me to make sure I knew why the steps he was taking were necessary and threw in some simple tips for me to help keep things running smoothly after the fact and between check-ups. I was looking for a qualified individual lic. To clean my AC unit! I was getting moisture build up in the home. QRC... came to the rescue within 20 minutes of my call!
