Joel came to see what i would need to replace my unit which is 20 yrs old. He told me what my options were as far as... repairs or replacement which was very helpful. This is a family owned business and local . I think that is a plus . He was very knowledgeable about everything and good customer friendly. It was late on Friday so will get my price on Monday.My unit is now replaced. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I talk to other companies that has been in business a long time and their prices were much higher, then started coming down. That set the tone right there. QRC give me best price first time. Everyone I talk to there was very helpful and wonderful customers service. You can tell this is family owned . They cleaned up when finished no mess. If i had to have this type of service again they would be my choice. Big company names are not always your best choice. They are 10 star with me.
