After evaluating unit, it was determined that it needed to be replaced. I was very pleased with how Jonathon handled the situation and explaining very clearly why the unit was not working properly and needed replacing. He was very professional in answering all my questions and scheduling the next steps for purchase and installation of new equipment. I called 7 different companies and had them all come out and met each company....the gentlemen that QRC sent out to my... home was the most honest and not even the least expensive...but boy did he know his stuff...he showed me the inside of my AC and the parts that were not working correctly....then he sat down with me at my kitchen table and showed me the difference in replacing my unit or trying to fix it...I went with a brand new unit because QRC showed me how much it would save on my electric bill...HIRE THESE GENTLEMEN....I recommend themread more
