Tony was early, did a thorough inspection, found a faulty part and fixed it. New filters provided, we feel confident... that as long as we keep power, we’ll be warm! You have never let us down, this is the fifth visit as we’re comfort club members and they come by every 6 months. Highly recommend them for HVAC maintenance and service.read more

We had a great experience with QRC HVAC and Refrigeration - Residential Department. Our salesman , Chase, was easy to... work with and did an excellent job laying out all of our options, which made the process simple and stress free. The installation team was very knowledgable and made sure everything was tidied up before they left. Very personable experience! I put a search request in online and the owner called me to go over everything. The next... day I had a technician Jonathan out there who was great! He worked very hard on trying to get us some relief that day but due to needing to order a new motor, he wasn't able too. Our motor was late to arrive and I believe that was due to the tropical storm in Texas but Jonathan reached out each day to check in on us and make sure we didn't have questions. He even offered to bring us some units to help. A week later we are finally with air at no fault of theirs due to logistics. I am glad I am now part of their club and can trust the service they are providing us!read more
