This all-inclusive program includes leading commercial equipment, preventative maintenance, ice machine cleaning and repairs. When you buy equipment, you also end up owning the hassles that come along with it. The smart move is a lease subscription! For the duration of your lease, we will provide you with:
- Leading commercial equipment
- Delivery & pickup
- No cost service calls and repairs
- Bi-annual preventative maintenance on any reach-in equipment leased over 6 months. Preventative maintenance on reach-ins is automatically scheduled by QRC’s office every 6 months. The preventative maintenance includes the following scope of work:
- QRC follows recommended OEM standards for Preventative Maintenance
- Chemically clean coils one time annually using KO Blast
- Brush clean coils on subsequent visits
- Check electrical connections
- Check blower section to ensure proper air flow
- Check heater setpoints and components for proper operation
- Validate batch loading sequence for proper process operation
- Clean door seals/gaskets and adjust hinges, if necessary, for proper closure
- Validate holding temps adjust if necessary
- Check evaporator blower, top thaw and bottom blowers for proper operation
- Bi-annual ice machine cleaning on any ice machine leased over 6 months. Ice machine cleanings are automatically scheduled by QRC’s office every 6 months. The ice machine cleaning includes the following scope of work:
- QRC follows recommended OEM standards for Preventative Maintenance
- Check harvest button operation before breakdown
- Remove all remaining ice from bins
- Engage clean cycle add cleaner & sanitizer chemical (recommended amount)
- Allow cycling of solution to ensure machine is cleaned and sanitized thoroughly
- Clean water pump outlet
- Disassemble machine as follows
- Remove/clean ice curtain
- Remove drain line and clean, checking for any obstructions
- Remove/clean water distributor
- Remove/clean ice thickness sensor
- Remove/clean water level sensor
- Clean/wash evaporator frame, evaporator cover, panel liner and ice bin
- Engage clean button, wait for reservoir flushing to end before circulating again
- Flush any remaining solution to ensure cleanliness wait the recommended time
- Engage the ON circuit
- Wait for harvest and discard ice produced on first pass
